What’s one interesting thing that people should know about where you live?
I live in a spot where I can be in the ocean or the mountains within 45 minutes, and I take full advantage of that. Whether it’s investigating tide pools on the Oregon coast, hiking, or rafting rivers, having that kind of access to nature keeps me grounded and inspired.
What do you love about your job?
I love showing up every day with the goal of making our clients the heroes: helping them bring bold ideas to life, solving tough problems, and delivering great work that actually moves the needle. There’s nothing better than being part of a team that’s brave, thoughtful, scrappy, and deeply invested in success.
Tell me more about what it is about our clients inspires you the most?
What I love most ties back to collaboration and impact. Whether it’s a challenging brief or a fast-moving project, I get energized from helping our clients take risks, align teams, untangle complexity, and get to a great result that everyone feels proud of…especially when our client partners shine because of it.
What would you say is your superpower?
My superpower is creating space for our clients to tackle tough questions and be bold in how they solve them. Every day, my first focus is the client. I lead with the shared goal of meeting (and ideally exceeding) their business objectives. If I’ve helped make them successful, that’s a win. You could call it being a fearless client advocate, but I just call it showing up and doing the work that matters.
What is one thing your colleagues don’t know about you?
I’m a huge fan of women’s soccer. I follow NWSL players pretty closely and am already counting down the days to the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil. I’ve got my eye on tickets and plan to be there in person, soaking it all in.
What is one thing that I should have asked you but didn’t?
We didn’t talk much about my journey to Tangible, but a little-known fact is that I started in the nonprofit space, helping major organizations solve complex SaaS challenges and maximize their technology investments. It was all about making the tools work harder so they could focus on their missions.
