Objective
We were approached by Macmillan New Ventures to reimagine their student success and retention offering, then known as EBI MAP-Works, in preparation for their expansion into the two-year higher education market.
Approach
We worked closely with the product management, data analytics and internal UX team to completely overhaul the product based on the ideal journey for every type of user and to eliminate manual calculations by baking intelligent algorithms into the product.
