The year we began working with TurboTax as their partner agency, Intuit’s consumer tax revenue (primarily TurboTax) generated $351 million. We worked closely with TurboTax’s web, direct response, and support teams, constantly learning from our experiments to improve the customer experience and increase brand loyalty. Along the way, we reimagined the support, direct response and marketing website experiences, designed mobile apps, provided product design for the core product, and produced explainer videos. It’s been a wild ride — in 2019, TurboTax generated more than $2.25 billion in revenue.
